Meditation is the practice of training your attention and awareness to achieve mental clarity and emotional calm.

Why Meditate?

As a developer, your mind is your most important tool. Meditation helps:

Simple Starting Practice

  1. Sit comfortably
  2. Close your eyes
  3. Focus on your breath
  4. When your mind wanders (it will!), gently bring it back
  5. Start with 5 minutes, increase gradually
